hand, the sense, the hour
It
is more difficult
to say when something goes
than when it comes;

for,
all that goes leaves
something of itself
upon the eye, the ear,

the
tongue. The day's
harmonics hang on the air
and all that is intensifies
-
in
going: as the hand,
the sense, the hour
are stretched.
